We currently service clients based in Cooktown, Mareeba, Lakeland, Cairns, Port Douglas, Mossman, and the Tablelands region.  We visit every client and their property to ensure we understand every the particular aspect for each project.

Our Director, Ramon Samanes is fully qualified, insured and an experienced town planning expert well respected for his professional expertise, thorough approach and complex problem-solving skills. Unlike other firms, Ramon is able to give you and your project the personal service and attention that it deserves. 

Ramon provides a professional service, and ensures that he personally understands the needs and expectations for every project he is involved in.  It doesn't matter if you want to start a home based business in your garage or subdivide an entire neighbourhood, Ramon will be there for you every step of the way with tailored expert planning advice and service and unmatched local knowledge and contacts. 

Ramon has over six (6) years experience of working in Local Government (Atherton Shire Council, Tablelands Regional Council, Townsville City Council, Cook Shire Council) and 11 years combined within the development industry.  As such, we can assure you that Ramon knows how to deliver positive outcomes for his clients. 

We pride ourselves on having strong working relationships with our clients and the Councils that we work with. Ramon manages applications from the initial enquiry with the Client right through to the Council decision.  We also provide on-going advice to clients and identify areas for further development opportunities.
